Thread Summary

The forum thread discusses the idea of creating a platform where people can upload GPS coordinates of spots where they have already dug for a casque, in order to prevent others from digging in the same spot and causing unnecessary impact to parks. The suggestion is to have a shared document similar to Google Docs where users can post their findings and view each other's information. Users find this idea helpful and believe it would be beneficial for the community.

Does anyone know of a way to "geocache?" or upload the GPS coordinates of a spot where someone has already dug for a casque If the coordinates could be uploaded to a public place others can see where others have dug with futile efforts and thus where not to dig. Hopefully this would keep any impact to any parks at a minimum and keeping those who wish to be informed up to date on any active digging Also anyone with a theory and specific coordinates could post and locals could try to dig there and record their efforts. Suggestions?

This is genius. It would need to be like a google doc where we could post our digs and view each others. I have a dig I had someone conduct in Milwaukee and haven't have the time to post. This would be so helpful
