Do you think the blue outlines mean anything?
JoshCornell

Maybe by chance they happened to be clues. Possibly JJP used the outline to visually balance the composition or maybe just part of his artistic style if you look at his other bodies of work the blue aura is in many of his paintings. Unfortunately for us it may Just be an unintentional (or international) red herring.

Alright let’s compile what we no so far
Time: 13:00 (the blonde vampiress is wearing a Mickey Mouse watch)
Romanian/Eastern European
Flower: Tulip (the blood from the fairy’s puncture wounds make an outline of a red tulip on the white tiling of the abattoir)
Month: The pile of discarded fairy wings contains an outline of the word “Smarch”

The red tulip and the mouse indicate Holland Michigan and the offices of "I'm All Ears Vacations" which chartered voyages on The Big Red Boat, which had an excursion that ran from The Iron Gate to Giurgiu/Ruse, then on over to the Borgo Pass and Bran Castle. That however is a red herring as Stoker directs you to Slains Castle lol.
If I rotate the image just right, the fangs point NE of my current location, directly at their building in Holland, MI.
So good.
