Thread Summary

In the forum thread, landilee brings up a theory about the correlation between the number 12 and the Federal Reserve cities' latitudes and longitudes. They mention the discovered cities Cleveland and Chicago, along with the coordinates of other cities. forest_blight responds, noting that the theory overlooks certain known locations like Roanoke, Milwaukee, Houston, and St. Augustine. wilhouse adds that the data is from 1982 and suggests considering any changes in the Federal Reserve cities since then. The discussion touches on the certainty of listed latitudes and longitudes, including some being confirmed while others are speculative.

I'm new here and I wondered how sure everyone is about the latitudes and longitudes they have listed on the status graph. I got to thinking about the number 12, and found there are 12 Federal Reserve cities. The two that have been discovered, Cleveland and Chicago. The others are: San Francisco 37,122 New York 40,74 Boston 42,71 Philadelphia 39,75 Richmond 37,77 Atlanta 33,84 St Louis 38,90 Minneapolis 44,93 Kansas city 39,94 Dallas 32,96 Just a thought, any thoughts?

It's a nice theory, but it omits locations we're pretty sure about, like Roanoke, Milwaukee, Houston, and St. Augustine. Regarding the latitudes and longitudes, some we're sure about and others are just guesses.

you also have to remember that this was written in 1982 and take data from that year. I don't know if there have been any changes since then (in the banks, not the L/L!) wilhouse
