hope no one minds if i post about odd stuff here, just wanted to remind everyone that it’s Earth Hour  day from 8:00 to 9:00 p.m., where everyone cuts off their lights for one hour.  i like the idea of everyone working together to conserve energy!
can’t hurt anyway, right

You’ll have no argument from me, Robert!!
I agree—there is a casque in the future, I know there is.

While tracking Santa last night @NoradSanta.com, my oldest (12 yrs old) yelled “He’s in Charleston SC right now”.  My ten year old yells back “That’s where Daddy’s treasure is buried”…  It’s funny because I haven’t mentioned this to them in a few years.

Warmest Holiday wishes to all the members of this board as well as their families.
A lot sure has happened since I opened this thread back on August 7, 2001.  I am still astonished at how this group openly shares any and all ideas {even if they have to do with equine competitions
} regarding this hunt.  It is so refreshing to be part of this hunt with all of you.  Sir Egg, I am still so very jealous and envious of you unearthing one of these elusive casques.  I forsee another casque {or more} seeing the light of day in the near future.
Here’s to a prosperous 2008 for all of us
.  Let’s dig up some more of these things…what do you all say?
