I am new to this forum but I am currently trying to contact the producer (Kevin Burns) of the History Channel series “The Treasure of Oak Island”. I believe that such a series could go a long ways toward getting more people interested in the searches. I don’t know anything about doing something like an on-line petition with a list of names of people who would be interested in such a series but if possible I would like to know (even roughly) how many people you think there are in each of your areas. I know that some of you are also on some of the other forums like pbworks and tweleve. I will be posting the same message on their boards also. If you know of any other active forums (I thought there was one like “limetiger” or “lemontiger” but don’t recall the url), I would appreciate that information also. Happy Hunting everybody.

Episode 12:
While traipsing through an oft-overlooked section of central park, JM and burnstyle fall into a deep pit and are knocked unconscious. They awake in a tastefully-if-antiquatedly decorated parlor of a brownstone. An elderly woman walks up to their bound bodies. “I know where the treasure is. I just wanted to show you.” She unties them, and leads them to the backyard.
The back area is overrun with hoarder trash. Among the items, JM and burnstyle notice a conquistador lawn ornament, mounted on a tiny horse. Their jaws drop as they gaze around and notice: A palm tree, a pointy rock, flowers which oddly spell out “st. augustine,” and a purple circle with a red square.
“The fountain of youth,” exclaims burnstyle, “it was here the whole time.”
“This is why Preiss said, `it could even be buried in your own backyard.'” JM realizes
The old woman smiles, and holds out a shovel. Eagerly, burnstyle takes it, ready to finally unearth the cask. But, from underneath her woolen cardigan, the woman pulls out a gun and points it straight at him.
“Dig two graves.”
