was boston found? bingo just sent me a img of what someone says is plexiglass box lid? credible?
I find it hard to believe it wold be intact and not damaged from weather.

well…to me its of direct pertinence…as ive already purchased my ticket for boston! lol
and was to leave to dig up the casque next week…hence why id like to know more info, speculation or not…at least the source so I can corroborate myself…

it looked very similar to that image, image was posted yesterday morning and taken down pretty much immediately after I posted this thread…which leads me to believe it was prob either bingo or strike…bingo wouldn’t say where he got info from.

You can buy the right sized piece of plexiglass at most hardware stores for a few bucks, and cover it with dirt for free. If that’s all the proof they have, I wouldn’t attach too much significance to it.

also, there could be other things buried in similar containers, things like geocaches and local events. If only a plexiglass sheet has been found, if only a photo of plastic is offered as proof, PLEASE do not suggest a casque has been recovered. PLEASE. A casque will be considered found when a *casque* is FOUND.

More has been said about this than should have been.
This entire thread is based on speculation and jumping to conclusions. And, of course, reacting to those speculated conclusions.
If an actual casque is recovered, this forum will be promptly informed.
