What else does she know and how does she know this?

“everything” is a heavily unqualified word. My best ventured guess is that you see a line segment or contrast relationship in the painting that specifically fits the setting where the digspot is to be located. This vantage point may be from the digspot itself or the spot from which the final directions are assembled. I think there’s a really shockingly good match for this in NOLA. I’ve been meaning to share this interesting visual if I haven’t already.

Hi gang. The documentary, which is now called The Secret of Byron Preiss is nearly done. The last few days I’ve visited New Orleans and Staten Island to look into some possible locations for the old keys and I found some interesting things I’d like to share with you.
1. In my opinion, the New Orleans key is almost certainly in City Park. Too many sight confirmers around Storyland. The flowers are a good match. Also, I discovered that on the back of the water fountain, there is this inscription, which references the importance of jewels to this site.

Also, across from City Park, there is the Morning Call cafe with a BIG sign that says 24 HOURS. Which could be the reference to hearing friends in the afternoon hours.
However, there is nothing I could find with 15 rows there. Both the botanical gardens and the sculpture garden by Storyland have expanded significantly since 1981. I worry that there was something there that is gone now.
2. I did try both the flower boxes and the “white stone” solves. I dig between the 10th and 11th flowerbox and into the 11th flowerbox. The soil there is not good for digging. It’s full of shells. The earth in the flowerboxes is full of junk. I also dug in City Park, using the “white stone closest” solve. I really don’t buy into that verse at all (I don’t know how you get around St. Charles Hotel reference in V 2). There’s nothing there.
3. One other “solve” for the NOLA casque I found would imagine that Byron was lying about the cemetery thing. In Lafayette Cemetery #2, there are 15 rows divided into squares. There is a 21st square, the middle of which is hidden from view and a good place to dig. I did not try it.
4. I really like the Verrezano bridge for the New York paintings and Verse 10. Byron’s friend told me he thinks the key “is buried on an island”. His daughter told me you can see everything in the painting from the treasure site. I found many site confirmers in Von Briesen Park, near Fort Wadsworth. The “rhapsodic man” might refer to the poet Wadsworth. There is a V shaped forked path in Briesen park but if “simple roots” was a tree, I don’t think we’ll ever find it. But I think it’s near Varrazano somewhere…
