This drawing is of human skull in my personal collection. I do these drawings from time to time to help in creating some of the characters which appear on book covers.
The Skull was previously owned by one of my Collectors who is a Pediatric Orthodontist. It was one of her education skulls used to obtain her degree.
I traded a small drawing for the exchange. I now tell people that I am trading in skeletons, skulls and body parts for artwork – just kidding.
I feel fortunate to have an actual skull for study. Being an artist you have to be well versed in anatomy and drawing from an actual skull reveals the beauty of the human body.

This drawing is a study of a human skull, which was gifted to the artist and resides in his studio. It is completed to a size of around 8.50” X 10”. Viewable art size is 7.50” x 9.50”. Matted to a size of 14” X 11”.
