“Whisper of Wings” Author: Steven Ray Fulgham, Medium: Pencil on Strathmore Bristolboard, Size: 14 5/8″ H x 11 1/2” W, Created: circa 1991-92. Initialed “JJP” lower right of image.
For the final cover art, this drawing was scanned and overprinted with a silver green transparent ink. When published, the final cover was heavily embossed with an impressive relief texture. I’ve also included a jpeg of the back of the drawing showing the Art Director’s production notes for the printer.
The drawing is being sold without a matte but will have a chipboard flap.
